Jasper aka Bubbles is a 30 lb neutered male mix. He's happy, playful and house trained. Jasper loves to play with other dogs, and is appropriate around cats. Jasper is also good with kids.  Jasper is crate trained. He's working on basic training bit would love his own family to complete this with him.
