Phoebe is a 1 yr old medium mixed breed dog. She’s submissive at first, but warms up and is friendly and kind. She was left on the side of the road with her siblings- but that didn’t change her sunny outlook on life! She’s learning the ropes of being an indoor dog- and doing great! She’d love a family who wants a young dog that is ready to learn, and attend training classes with her to help her become the best gal she can be!
