Felipe is a 2 yr old terrier/chi mix. Never met someone he didn't call friend. Felipe does well with other dogs in foster, and hasn't bothered the cats he's briefly met. Felipe is house trained, has used a crate for small amounts of time- but could work on that, and has basic indoor manners. Felipe is looking for a family hoping to add a sweet small dog to their family or pack. A kind fellow.
