Phoebe is a 2 yr old Toto...er, 16 lb Cairn mix. She’s was given up by her family for chasing goats. She’s friendly, well socialized and has done fine with dogs and cats in foster. Phoebe is housetrained, and can use a crate. She’d love a chance to bond with her family over some training, and adores being outside and walking or hanging out. Phoebe is just about perfect, what are you waiting for?
