We are looking for a home for our 12 year old spayed female cat, Hank. Hank is a Hurricane Katrina survivor and came to live with us in 2009. She is de-clawed and really loves adult attention. She is attentive and loving. She loves to sleep with people, lounge about, and watch out the window. She is happy as an indoor only cat. Hank seems stressed when around children or other animals, although she has lived with young children over the past five years. She occasionally defends herself and mouths when she is stressed, although she has never bitten anyone. Our family is moving internationally and we cannot take Hank with us. We love Hank and are very sad to leave her. Our move is potentially temporary and we may be interested in taking Hank back should we return to Vermont. Hank will have a dental done, and shots updated for willing adopter/ longterm foster.
